My last attached gradle script generate plugin.xml and plugin-help.xml. And there is no need to customize installed pom.xml. Only drawback is multi environment build, because I dont know how to run mvn without .bat extension on windows. (I have maven in path). Another option is commit these files to git and build them manualy.
