OpenJDK itself does not contain JavaFX; Essentially it's up to package maintainers for individual platforms whether they include JavaFX in their OpenJDK package or not.

There is the separate OpenJFX project, it may be worth trying to build it from scratch. As per this report in the Red Hat bugzilla someone also has created a Fedora package for OpenJFX.
