Going to have to put this on hold until after 6.2.

It is causing problems with BasicArrayType - specifically a test (EnumArrayTest) fails on Oracle. I'd say BasicArrayType is just a bit brittle at the moment, but given the time constraints to get 6.2 out of the door, best to hold off on this work
