I think this issue is also releated to https://hibernate.atlassian.net/browse/HHH-8853 too.
This issue causes a lot of warning exceptions when insert or update entities.

This is already patched for 4.3.x -> https://github.com/hibernate/hibernate-orm/commit/1a87adca088c7b55f05726d25c9d6847dd5bb4e4#diff-e0d6bfebbe17d169c75b02bf0a39dd4d

Please patch 4.2.x too.
