What appears to be a missing reference is present in the "Optional configuration properties" section (1.2.5) of the Hibernate Developer Guide.

The paragraph reads:

"In addition to the properties mentioned in the previous sections, Hibernate includes many other optional properties. See ??? for a more complete list."

The ??? should be a valid reference, perhaps to Appendix A?
