I pushed a PR with my fix; unfortunately there really isn't a way to introduce a test case in our test suite for this given its something very specific to how GlassFish seems to be handling class loaders. Can Türker, are you able to build Hibernate with my PR integrated locally and see if it resolves your problem in your environment for me?
