I attached a test case that uses the JPA script generation in hhh9591.zip file.
This test case needs the persistence.xml file to work, so I am not sure if it is ok.
Nonetheless it reproduces the problem with FK name generation in many cases:
For @OneToMany relationships
and within the @AssociationOverride annotation for @ManyToOne and @ManyToMany relationships.
