I agree this is ultimately a(nother) problem in the pgsql driver. Clearly the driver is not returning the intended values.

But I guess we should look at whether we need to do this during validation/migration. The idea was to limit the catalogs and schemas we look in as much as possible, for numerous highly-valid reasons.
