Hibernate/Envers 3.6 is no longer supported.

I tested under 5.0, 5.1, and 5.2 using various sorts of join table configurations including unidirectional and bidirectional. By applying the @AuditJoinTable annotation, I was able to influence the join table name used by Hibernate Envers, with and without explicit @JoinTable annotations provided by Hibernate.
