As first step, are you please able to create a possibility of overriding the generation of uniqueIdentifier by some function based on the Table.catalog, Table.schema, Table.name ?
Some implementation can compute it based on MD5 of the name, however this may not work always, so leaving possibility of overriding it with default to current behaviour would be good for start.
