I know it's there, but it's not tested. I was updating the guide and suspecting some mistakes, i.e. the JTA platform name change in ORM 5 but nobody noticed, the Infinispan dependencies are wrong and nobody noticed.

I've added a test which doesn't verify the outcome of each operation, but at least verifies it runs without exceptions; especially that it boots.
