I'm consolidating the version attributes in the parent pom, and reorganizing the distribution assembly to make it clearer that "infinispan", "jgroups" and "jms" are not alternative solutions but different kind of components. Same for the serialization strategies.

Also it turns out we didn't package the Java standard serializer.
