We can't use ClassLoaderService from ORM as not all our modules depend on ORM. In fact just yesterday on IRC one of the subjects was about potentially extracting such useful pieces of code which we could reuse without shipping whole of ORM, the conclusion was to discuss these options face to face.

The standard {{ServiceLoader}} could be used to read the services file instead of the custom implementation in {{StandardServiceManager}}.
