We already used ehache from servicemix with hibernate in a customer project. So that should work fine.

Btw. if you have problems with servicemix bundles please report them on the servicemix issue tracker. Jean Baptiste Onofré is doing most of the bundling there and is normally quite fast in fixing these issues.

Maybe he could also help with the rhq-pluginAnnotations jar.
