I'm new for atlassian and apparently I made a number of mistakes:
1. The name should be Hibernate Intersystems Cache Dialect, not Dialog and I do not see a way to change it. Even more it looks like I have no privileges to edit anything.
2. The task is unassigned. I will provide necessary files for new Dialect when work is completed but do not see how I can change assignment.
