Okay, but from a strict spec perspective, this test should be excluded, don't you think? The BV TCK should be usable to test any spec-compliant implementation. So, although the Apache BV should consider making a similar change, it's still not spec compliant. So, please explain why this test shouldn't be excluded until either the specs are cleared up, or the Weld RI gets cleaned up? Thanks.
