We are including a dependency to Guava mostly as it's a dependency of Apache Solr; but it turns out Solr uses it mostly for tests, and in addition it is a very old version, making it harder for users.

Our org.hibernate.search.bridge.builtin.TikaBridge is importing a single class from Guava, we should remove this dependency.
