This bug was reported two years ago. I have set "5.0.0 Final" as affected version as you said letting the "Waiting Response" status and "verify-affects-5.0" label. Maybe tonight I'll do a simple testcase and check if this issue is still happening. If so I'll lieave a comment here and attach the jar containning the testcase. Thanks.
