Sure, with a custom schema you could do something like this, but mind you the mapping schema at the moment is standardized by Bean Validation. I am not an xsd expert, so I don't know whether it is possible to somehow extend schemas in a simple way. Either way, it would not be a portable solution. Personally I am not convinced it is worth the effort.
