If you want to have INNER JOIN on "prop", why do you want to use setFetchMode?

Because there is such a need: INNER JOIN with fetching...

I time to time stumble to this when forget about this frustrating bug. It then always causes me to waste lots of time investigating the cause for LazyInstantiationException in such situations. Similar issue is reported here HHH-3524 more than 5 ago and still not yet resolved.
