I had to do it to experiment on JDK11, because we couldn't, with the previous code, add options to the JVM launched for WildFly without adding them to the JVM launcher by surefire/failsafe.

Let's merge it, as it's clearer anyway, and more consistent with other Hibernate projects (Validator in particular, maybe also OGM).
