BTW I'm not trying to hide the warning if there is a reason to need these plugins, what I'm suggesting is to write in the Eclipse section of the contributors Wiki what you expect us to do.

Accept the default suggestions unless explicitly stated differently. The aim is not to get a non Java coder up an running. We can add step by step screenshots, but I feel that is just overkill.

You seem to be very nitty gritty about this. If you are inexperienced go with the defaults, if you are a power user (as your questions seem to indicate), then you should be able to figure it out.
