As far as tests go, I’m not entirely sure what to add. If we wanted a test case between using a jdbc connection directly vs the native sql hibernate implementation I could probably whip that up. Been a while since I’ve written Java, it’d be much easier for me to do in Kotlin, but it seems pretty straightforward what is happening and why in this case.
