Argh, great catch. Honestly, the getServiceImpls area (and Integrators/StrategyRegistrationProviders/TypeContributors) need more thoroughly tested. Following up with HHH-8763. We're in the middle of releasing 4.3.0.CR2, so we'll unfortunately miss that, but it'll either go into Final or 4.3.1.
