https://www.jfrog.com/confluence/display/RTF/Deploying+Snapshots+to+oss.jfrog.org is a great resource on OJO and BinTray. Both are cloud-hosted Artifactory (alternative to Nexus from JFrog) instances. BinTray does not directly accept snapshot artifacts, OJO does. However, snapshots published to OJO can be "promoted" to BinTray and from there to JCenter and/or Central. There is a Jenkins plugin to make the snapshot stuff easier.
