I've created HHH-11499 Open for a new DB2 dialect that fixes HHH-11337 Closed on that platform.

Using "cross join" syntax with Sybase did not work for me using Sybase 15.7: Error is:

"Incorrect syntax near 'cross "

I'll have to look into this further to see if/how it can be fixed for Sybase.
