Currently there is a dialect for GeoDB as a spatial extension to H2, but that project isn't maintained anymore (it does not support H2 1.4, for example). H2GIS on the other hand is another H2 spatial extension which is actively maintained.

A spatial dialect for H2GIS would then be a really useful addition.
