I’ve pointed the Liquibase Hibernate team to the feedback given by Gavin and in response to that, Filipe is creating an update of Liquibase Hibernate that uses the new Generator class hierarchy. He linked his PR (https://github.com/liquibase/liquibase-hibernate/pull/508) to Gavin’s one.

The Liquibase Hibernate fix would be more solid (though not yet using the new SequenceStyleGenerator) and will likely reach me earlier.
