@Gavin King, I’m kind of confused. This bug https://hibernate.atlassian.net/browse/HHH-16437 seems to be related / the same as https://hibernate.atlassian.net/browse/HHH-16593. Why was the other closed as expected behavior while this one is fixed in 6.3. I don’t see a difference here.
