Brett Wooldridge, thanks for the update – this definitely looks interesting. As Steve Ebersole mentioned, we'd be up for pulling this into Hibernate provided that 1.) the developer community wants it and 2.) it works . It appears that Hikari has momentum behind it, but any idea how frequently it's used in a Hibernate environment?
