E.g. the ORM integration should only provide packages nested inside org.hibernate.search.orm, the Elasticsearch integration should only provide packages nested inside org.hibernate.search.elasticsearch, etc.

In particular, this does not seem to be the case in the engine module, which should thus be refactored.
