In fact DB2 for z/OS does not support the "not logged" but the class DB2Dialect, in method getCreateTemporaryTablePostfix declares a "not logged" option. So I tried to redefine the method getCreateTemporaryTablePostfix in the class DB2390Dialect, returning an empty string and it worked!
