Many Thanks to all of you, especially Manik for the scripting ;-)

Fedex knocked at my door this morning, and I was quite surprised to receive the award plaque and the t-shirt.

BTW I forgot that XL in the States is definitely not XL in Belgium, my fault really.
I will now stop all sport activities from now on until the t-shirt fits me perfectly.

Since I'm now a Jira Master, could I ask the Infinispan Team to look at ISPN-445 (ensure that locks time out) ?

Two weeks ago, S3 had a severe problem and returned 5xx http error codes.
JClouds didn't retry the requests (with a 5xx code, it seems logical - or is it ?) and the infinispan 'put' failed to release the lock.
It crashed the whole system since the request was about the user list... (i.e. no more login)

ISPN-272 (recover from transaction failures) is really important too. If you can't rollback correctly what's the point of using transactions ?

Infinispan is an excellent tool, regarding the planning, I'd definitely prefer to prioritize robustness than adding more features...

While I agree with you in principle, I think in this specific case certain features need to be baked in so that we can have a stable API as soon as possible.  This includes stuff like JPA, distributed executors, etc.  So there will always be a tradeoff on where most focus is.

It still is great to have your feedback though, I know I plan to spend a few cycles looking at them for the sake of robustness in coming weeks/months.

Cheers
Manik

Thanks again for the plaque and keep up the good work !
