I think the example you give with regard to transaction spotted out a possible bug. I've created a JIRA to check/fix that: https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/ISPN-122

This is not a bug.  Size() is only an approximation (see javadoc on Cache).  As such, you should not use size in this tutorial.  Instead use containsKey() or something.

Still missing the spelling check, add links to other wiki-pages, javadocs..

any recommendation to make it look better on the wiki will be great, I don't know if there exist any groovy highlighting
