Maybe you built JGroups locally once?
Bela doesn't use SNAPSHOT versions in his pom.xml, so if you build/install JGroups on your machine using maven you'll be stuck with your version.

Ok so it seems Erik had some shady tricks applied to his jgroups jar,
in my case cleaning up the cache also fixed it.
So all fine but I'm puzzled about why I could have a wrong/corrupted
jar in my cache.
