No. Dist and no L1 will not result in any invalidation messages. But
afaik the infinispan hibernate provider doesn't use dist, right Galder?

No, there's no DIST. Having talked to Brian online, he was more
interested in what happens when you remove a key or clear the cache in
one node and others nodes have txs going on and they've acquired read
locks, and potentially write locks.

That and I was just brainstorming a bit, thinking about what issues would appear if DIST were used.
