No, this is part of the management api, if you want to add this as part of adding a deployment you can do it as part of a composite operation.

Support for this is being planed on as part deployment overlay support which is currently in development.

Stuart,

how would I associate an jboss-all.xml descriptor with a deployment in the same management op? I don't want touch the deployment and I don't want to wrap it. Is that supported?
