I think you are seeing a known issue that is fixed in the latest WildFly build. Unfortunately, I can't let you see the Jira issue because it is a private issue releated to TCK certification. The fix is here: https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly/pull/4822
Have you tried javax.annotation.ManagedBean?
