There is nothing in that log that can help and, to be honest, it doesn't look like there is any ESB involvement at all.
- Check your datasource (i.e. disable shutdown hook on h2)
- Check your dependencies (i.e. make sure all deployments close before the database - you do have an mbean controlling it, right?)
