Well, honestly I've been hesitant to prototype until I know that we can support multiple Narayana instances, for very similar reasons. :)

How about both teams complete enough of the design and discussion work, in order to be reasonably sure that our apporaches are going to work. Then Narayana can commit to developing the features you require, and you could start developing with a single TM, whilst you are waiting for the Narayana side of things to be completed?
