We are in the process of evaluating the jump to 5.1.0 from 4.2.3 and notice many disturbing issues. Yes, it appears that 5.1.0 allows for greater flexibility and JSR268, but is the additional features really worth all the effort of completely having to launch a new application? I ask because I do not see where there is any mythology to upgrade.
