JBPM-2806 add getParent() in org.jbpm.api.identity.Group

Hi guys,

I think add getParent() method in org.jbpm.api.identity.Group is harmless. Fortunately, we needn't change the org.jbpm.pvm.internal.identity.impl.GroupImpl.
