I am going to remove the JBossEULA.txt from branches/Branch_4_0 and tags/JBoss_4_0_5_GA.  I am also going to rebuild the jboss-4.0.5-src.tar.gz on SourceForge which will remove the JBossEULA.txt from that file. 

The EULA will remain in the binary distribution.
