These are some frequent runs scheduled to run in the QA lab on dev33

I see that the IP’s assigned to the cruisecontrol user on dev33 are not usable.

java.net.BindException: Cannot assign requested address

MYTESTIPS=10.16.68.127 10.16.68.128

I am changing them to use localhost until someone from IT has a chance to look.
