Description:	Post 7.1.1.Final release, we changed the way the filesystem deployment scanning was done during boot time. The deployment scanning operation now runs as a boot time operation which triggers a one-off scan to deploy the filesystem deployments. After this change there have been a few issues with filesystem deployment handling which have been reported in the following JIRAs: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/AS7-4583 https://issues.jboss.org/browse/AS7-4992 Although those issues have been fixed, we will have to add tests around boot time handling of the filesystem deployment service so that those issues or other similar issues don't happen again.
