I see a big problem here. We can use @ArquillianResource to replace urls in @Test methods,
but not in static methods such as @Deployment,
where it is often necessary to have it in order to configure server via management api.
We should decide how to solve this. Maybe some environment variables SERVER_ADDRESS,
SERVER_MANAGEMENT_PORT should be set by maven.

I have come up with a solution to the problem of management changes that have to be made
before the deployment:

Basically you just annotate your classes with @ServerSetup(MySetupClass.class), and then
use the setup(ManagementClient) and tearDown(ManagementClient) method on MySetupClass to
