The initial spec file for JBoss AS was just submitted to Fedora for review :

Please take a look at it, find issues, report in the bug report.

The jboss-as package was just approved. What does it mean? Expect to
have initial packages of JBoss AS in Fedora... *tomorrow*!

ovirt-engine is submitted for review since 26th March:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=807017
Assuming that it'll be approved soon - this doesn't mean that it'll work
properly from day 0, there is still a lot of things to discuss on how we
want to integrate it with the just approved jboss-as package.
Most probably this will include changes on both sides.

but at least until today, we re-used the jboss service itself, rather
than deploy another one.
question is how easy it is to re-use the jbossas service code, but with

While starting the service you need to provide new JBOSS_CONF value in
which file you can specify the user to use:

It's installed in /etc/sysconfig/jboss-as. You can have your own file,
like /etc/sysconfig/ovirt-engine or something.
Afterwards we need to pass other values like the -Djboss.base.dir and so
