where is org.jboss.deployment.MainDeployer-xmbean.xml

According to the installation guide , there should be a file

org.jboss.deployment.MainDeployer-xmbean.xml under conf\xmldesc folder.

But I cannot find it after install JBOSS 5. I need it to setup the deployment order. 
It will be greatly appreciated if anyone can give me a sample of MainDeployer-xmbean.xml.
