Hello! I'm using JBos AS7.My will is to separate configurations and code, so I put all the environments constants in the jndi-properties.xml attached, instead af putting them in the InitialContext constructor.

Since I'm using elcipse IDE I put the xml in the classpath, as shown in my previous post, but  the properties are not loaded!
