You can define and code your custom editors. Look at this example which also uses the Actors property .. so its very relevant: http://surdilovic.wordpress.com/2012/07/03/custom-input-editors-in-jbpm-designer/.
You will have to write you own code for the custom editor. We cannot help you w/ that ;)
